| 1. | 1. Condition 4 is discharged with regard to pre-commencement requirements by the information provided in drawing labelled "staff parking" and supported by the detailed drawing 25971-1013-002 and the response from County Highways received 20 April 2021. The condition will be fully discharged by enactment of the agreed form on site. 2. Condition 6 is partially discharged with regard to pre-commencement requirements by the information provided in drawing labelled "construction workers parking" and the response from County Highways received 20 April 2021. The condition will be fully discharged by the submission of further information for review by County highways and the Highway Agency before module delivery takes place, given that the Non-material amendment ranted only allows construction up to slab level at this time and enactment of the agreed form on site 3. Condition 7 is discharged with regard to pre-commencement requirements by the information provided in the Construction Traffic Management Plan and the response from County Highways received 20 April 2021. The condition will be fully discharged by enactment of the routes during construction. 4. Condition 9 is discharged with regard to pre-commencement requirements by the information provided in drawing labelled "construction workers parking" showing the wheel wash position and additional confirmation of road sweepers received 20 April 2021 and the response from County Highways received 21 April 2021. The condition will be fully discharged by enactment of the agreed form on site. |
