1.This permission expires on 24th November 2022 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application forms and additional information received by the Local Planning Authority on 31st March 2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The premises shall not be open for business outside of the following hours:- 09:00 to 17:00 Mondays 09:00 to 17:00 Tuesdays 09:00 to 17:00 Wednesdays 09:00 to 17:00 Thursdays 09:00 to 17:00 Fridays 09:00 to 12:00 Saturdays Shall not be open for business on Sundays or Bank Holidays. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
4.The beauty treatment salon hereby approved shall serve no more than 2 customers at any one time and shall operate by appointment only. The applicant shall maintain a log book detailing visitors to the site. The log book shall be maintained in perpetuity and be available for officers from the Local Planning Authority to view at all times. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the amount of visitors is retained to a suitable level.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policies HOU18 and EMP18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
