1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan 2764.21.1D and application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 11 May 2021. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The south facing first floor (attic) roof windows shall be obscure glazed and either fixed shut, or restricted so as to not open by more than 100mm on a restrictor or shall have their lowest glazed element above 1.7m measured from the internal floor level at the lowest part of the glazed part of the window. The reason for the condition is :- To preserve adjacent privacy amenity
