| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans - 1579/2 - received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th September 2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The bird netting as illustrated on plan 1579/2 shall be installed as per the details in the further information received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th September 2021. For the avoidance of doubt, the netting shall be fixed to the top of the welded metal fencing posts with metal circular retaining bolts and carabina type clips. The netting itself shall contain woven metal wires to provide integrity to the netting. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the netting is installed in a manner which minimises the impact on the Historic Environment. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of Core Policy CS10. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
