| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plans ref A101 Rev 1 received by the Local Planning Authority on 26/04/2021

| 4. | The building hereby approved shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. No business or commercial activity shall be carried on, within, or from the building hereby approved.

| 5. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting the order) no further windows or openings shall be inserted into the east, south or westerly elevations of the building referred to as Garden tool store & garden room on the approved plans hereby approved without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.

| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
