| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

| 4. | The new window in the westerly elevation (incorrectly labelled Easterly on the plans) for the bathroom as proposed on plans 896/1- 896/4 shall be obscure glazed to a minimum of Pilkington Level 5 or equivalent obscurity and shall thereafter be maintained and retained as such. The extension as proposed shall not be occupied until such time as the obscured glazing window is provided.

| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
