| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.

| 3. | The appearance, type and colour of the external facing materials to be used in the development hereby permitted shall match those of the existing dwelling.

For the avoidance of doubt, to comply with the expressed intent proposed within the submitted application form. |
| 4. | The proposed skylights to be fitted within the roofslope of the bathroom as shown on plan 2100 rev P3 shall be fitted with obscure glazing with an opacity rating of no less than Pilkington Level 5, and shall be retained as such thereafter.
