1.	Condition 3 concerning the provision for on-site parking for construction workers for the duration of the construction period is discharged by the reply from County Highways dated 19 April 2021 and will be fully discharged by the implementation of that agreed scheme during the construction period.
2.	Condition 4 concerning the provision of a Construction Traffic Management Plan and Access Route is discharged with regard to pre-commencement aspects by the reply from County Highways dated 19 April 2021 agreeing to the revised access route shown in the updated Construction Traffic Management Plan received 16 April 2021 The condition will be fully discharged by applying the approved scheme throughout the period of works.
