| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans:
- Proposed Floor Plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 25th February 2021
- Proposed Block Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 23rd March 2021
The reason for the condition is:-

| 2. | The swimming pool shall not be used by any more than 4 people (excluding children under the age of 2) at any one time, in any 1 hour period, and shall operate with an prior appointment system only. The applicant shall maintain a log book detailing visitors using the swimming pool and the period of time for which they are on site. The log book shall be maintained in perpetuity and be available for officers from the Local Planning Authority to view at all times.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that the level of use is acceptable, and to ensure the permission operates in accordance with the submitted intentions of the applicant in their email received by the Local Planning Authority on 23 March 2021. |
| 3. | The swimming pool shall not at any time be used for the purposes of swimming classes and/or clubs .
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that the level of use is acceptable and to minimise possible impacts on the local highway network. |
| 4. | The swimming pool shall be operated by residents of 'Black Barn, Market Lane, Filby' only.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the pool does not become a separate business detached from the owners of the main dwelling, in order to protect the amenities of residents of Black Barn, and to minimise possible impacts on the local highway network. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the aims of core policies CS08 and CS15 from the adopted Core Strategy and complies with adopted policies A1 and C1 from the Local Plan Part 2. |
| 6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
