No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans and details received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th May 2021: - Dwg no. 01 - site location plan; - Dwg no. 02 - proposed site plan; - Dwg no. 05 - proposed floor plan; and, - Dwg no. 06 - proposed elevations. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The barn extension hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes of horse stabling, livery and associated storage in accordance with the stated intention within the submitted application form. The reason for the condition is :- To maintain the amenity of neighbouring uses, and minimise the impacts of the development, for the avoidance of doubt and because the Local Planning Authority has assessed the likely impacts of the development on the basis of the stated intended use within the application, and because the use is consistent with the existing planning uses of the adjoining barn.
4.Surface water drainage shall be discharged to a suitably sized soakaway system and shall be provided and made operational prior to the first use of the barn extension, in accordance with proposed scheme as detailed within the application form. The reason for the condition is:- In order to effect satisfactory drainage arrangements both on and from the site and to avoid problems of pollution of nearby water courses.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
