1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans (drawing reference numbers: P05-Rev C, P06-RevA and P07-RevB) by the Local Planning Authority on 16th February 2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The premises shall not be open for business outside of the following hours:- 09:45 to 23:45 Monday to Friday 09:30 to 23:59 Saturdays 09:30 to 23:59 Sundays or Bank Holidays The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
4.No amplified sound or music shall be audible outside the building at any time. The reason for the condition is :- To safeguard the amenities of nearby residents.
5.The mobile catering unit shall be parked within the amusement arcade outside of the operating hours as per condition 3 as shown on approved plan P05-RevC . The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of security.
6.No part of the proposed structure (to include fascia board, rainwater goods and guttering) shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate, door or ground floor window if installed shall open outwards over the highway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
7.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policies CS6 and CS8 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy.
8.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
