| 1. | Condition 11 is fully discharged by the email from the County Council approving the Interim Travel plan dated 15 March 2021 |
| 2. | Condition 19 is discharged with regard to the provision of details before commencement by the information submitted with the reserved matters application where both ground levels and finished slab levels for the existing housing to the north of the site and the proposed housing was submitted in order to establish amenity impact on those neighbours in the context of that application. Implementation on site shall be in accordance with the agreed details and levels. |
