| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing Nos. jn 358 10, jn 358 11 and jn 358 12 received by the Local Planning Authority on March 8th 2021.

| 3. | The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of the adjoining dwelling, or their dependants, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling.

This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 5. | Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted the proposed on-site car and parking and turning area shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained in accordance with the approved plan and retained thereafter available for that specific use.
Reason: To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety. |
