1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans (drawing reference: 609320-6171-HLN-GYC-00-DR-A-0011, 609320-6171-CPL-GYC-00-DR-ME-100, 609320-6171-HLN-GYC-00-DR-S-0002, 609320-6171-HLN-GYC-00-DR-S-0001, 609320-6171-CPL-GYC-00-DR-ME-700, 609320-6171-HLN-GYC-00-DR-S-0003 and 609320-6171-CPL-GYC-00-DR-ME-200) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th February 2021. The development shall also be carried out in accordance with supporting documents -: 609320-6171-HLN-GYC-XX-RP-S-0001-Structural Report, e-series Modular Chiller (90-1,080kW) Specification, Environmental Noise Survey and Plant Noise Assessment Report and E-series Modular Chiller Proposal. Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th February 2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria set out in saved policy BNV18 from the Borough-Wide Local Plan and the aims of policy CS09 of the adopted Core Strategy.
