| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with drawing nos.001RevP02, 004RevP02, 005RevP02 and 006RevP02 received by the local planning authority March 29, 2021.
The reason for the condition is:-

| 3. | Space sufficient to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority shall be provided within the site to enable two cars to park. This area shall be
levelled, surfaced, drained and be retained thereafter available for that specific use.
Reason: To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan and will conserve and enhance the character of the conservation area in compliance with policy CS10 conserving local heritage assets of the Core Strategy. The proposal also meets the criteria of emerging policy H9 Residential extensions and A1 Amenity of the Draft Local Plan part 2 |
