| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plan (drawing reference: 1008/1A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th January 2021 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be inserted into the northern and southern side elevations above the ground floor level in any way without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any windows inserted into the southern elevation. | 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
