| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application forms, supporting statement and following plans (4502-CA-100 A, 4502-CA-110 A and 4502-310 B) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 21st January 2021 and with the following revised plans (4502-CA-111 A) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 17th March 2021.

| 3. | Prior to the first use of the arrivals lodge hereby approved, three replacement blue badge holder spaces will be created within the adjoining adjacent car park and shall be retained in perpetuity in the intended use thereafter.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure adequate provision of disabled spaces is retained. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the main aims of Core Policy CS08 from the adopted Core Strategy. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
