1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans(drawing reference - 2587.02 and location plan) received by the Local Planning Authority on 7th January 2021. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The holiday chalet hereby permitted shall be used for holiday purposes only. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the holiday chalet are not used as permanent residential accommodation.
4.The accommodation units shall be used for holiday purposes only and no unit shall be occupied for more than 28 days at any one time without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- The site is located outside any area allocated in the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001 for permanent residential development and permanent occupation.
5.The holiday chalet hereby permitted as shown on approved plan (2587.02 and location plan) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 7th January 2021, shall be occupied only during the period of the 1st March in any year to the 14th January in the following year. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is within an area identified as prime holiday accommodation in the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan.
6.The holiday unit hereby permitted shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main place of residence. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the holiday chalet are not used as permanent residential accommodation.
7.The owner of the holiday chalet, shall maintain at all times a register of the occupants of the holiday chalet that can be examined upon request at any reasonable time by representatives of the Local Planning Authority. The register shall include the name of the occupant and their main postal address. The reason for the condition is :- The standard of accommodation and the site being identified as prime holiday accommodation is therefore unsuitable for permanent occupation of the holiday chalet.
8.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal will comply with the aims set out in policy CS8 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy, and is consistent with the aims set out in emerging policy L1 of the final draft Local Plan Part 2.
9.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
