| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing Nos. 02, 03 and 04 except as follows: a) the roof terrace and balustrade over the flat roof rear extension is not approved; b) the French doors on the south elevation of the two storey shall be inward opening with a juliet balcony or can be substituted with windows, or can be omitted; c the second floor windows on the southern elevation gable end shall be fitted with obscure glazing. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in order to maintain privacy, in the interests of neighbourliness and fairness. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
