| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and site location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 22nd December 2020

| 2. | This permission expires on 25th February 2026 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
The site lies outside any area where the Local Planning Authority would normally permit residential development and permission has only been granted in this instance having regard to the particular need for security at the site. |
| 3. | The mobile home shall only be occupied by the owner(s) or manager/employee of Great Yarmouth Storage Ltd. or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal complies with the aims of policies CS1 & CS6 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy and with policy EMP33 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
