1.	The applicant has failed to provide a heritage statement or drawings which reflect what is currently in place and what is proposed, or produce schedules of the upgrades which will be necessary to comply with the building regulations, and in so doing require consideration as further alteration requiring listed building consent. As such the proposal fails the tests set out at paragraph 194 of NPPF and policy CS10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough Council Core Strategy and policy E5 of the Local Plan part 2 where sufficient information for decision making is a requirement.
