| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans 4502-370 revision B and 4502-100 received by the Local Planning Authority on 3 February 2021. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | If external lighting is to be provided in association with this proposal, before installation of the said lighting, details in written and drawn form shall be provided to the Local Planning Authority and subsequently approved by the LPA and the work carried out on site to accord to the agreed scheme. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure no adverse impact on ecology and dark skies. |
