| 2. | Condition 15 (position of hydrants) is discharged by the submitted drawing as marked up by the Fire Service with regard to pre-commencement matters. Note that the condition can only be fully discharged by the provision of the agreed hydrants before occupation of the 49th dwelling. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-This letter may therefore be taken as the formal confirmation that conditions 9 and 15 have been complied with to the extent necessary before construction works proceed. The developer is reminded about the need to carry out the work on site in accordance with the information supplied in regard to these conditions to full discharge them, and reminded as to trigger points and full discharge being effected by compliance with the trigger points. |
