| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans (drawing refs: 588-220-P3, 588-330 P4 and 588-121 P1) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 27th November 2020 and with the following plan (drawing ref: 588-210-P4) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 24th February 2020 as part of application 06/20/0073/F.

| 2. | Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted the proposed on-site car parking shall be laid out, demarcated, levelled, surfaced and drained in accordance with the approved plan and retained thereafter available for that specific use.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/ manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety. |
| 3. | The pharmacy shall not be open for business outside of the following hours:-
08:30 to 18:30 Mondays
08:30 to 18:30 Tuesdays
08:30 to 18:30 Wednesdays
08:30 to 18:30 Thursdays
08:30 to 18:30 Fridays
09:00 to 13:00 Saturdays
and no work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the aims of core policies CS01, CS09 and CS15 from the adopted Core Strategy. |
