| 1. | The works to provide the pitched roof and paint the extension in mid-stone coloured painted render shall be undertaken and completed within 12 months of the date of this permission (i.e. by no later than 25th March 2023). The reason for the condition is :- The development as built is unacceptable in form and appearance, and the remediation works required are necessary to maintain the visual amenity of the area and create an acceptable relationship with neighbouring dwellings. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in strict accordance with the revised plan 20-1530-01 revision A received by the Local Planning Authority on 8 March 2022. This shall include the materials to be used in the external walls and roof of the development hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for alterations and extensions to buildings set out in Policies H9 and A1 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan Part 2. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
