| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan submitted with the application 1563-A-PL03 revision A received on 7th December 2020 and the revised plans reference 1563-A-PL05 revision A and 1563-A-PL04 received by the Local Planning Authority on 10 December 2020.
