1.This permission expires on 31 November 2022 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and the structure and its associated equipment including the kiosk, fencing and protective matting shall be removed from the site and the site returned to its previous state. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plan (drawing reference: 2017/04-04/002A and 2017/04-04/003) received by the Local Planning Authority on 8 June 2017. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The structure and associated equipment including the kiosk and fencing hereby permitted shall not be operational outside the following dates:- 1 March to 31 October in any given year. Outside of these approved operation dates the structure and associated equipment shall be removed from the site in its entirity. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity by ensuring the ride is not left vacant.
4.The ride hereby approved shall not be operational outside the following times:- 10:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays). The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of neighbouring amenity in accordance with the application form.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in saved policy TR5 and TR7 of the Borough Wide Local Plan and policy CS8 of the adopted Core Strategy.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
