| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan 2681.20.1 and the package of detailed roof drawings by Lonsdale Roof Glazing, and the planning application form details; all received by the Local Planning Authority on 19 November 2020.
The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | New brickwork shall match the existing in colour texture, bond pattern and size, mortar shall be either lime based or pointed up to 19mm depth in a hydraulic lime and sharp sand mix, finished to match existing walls. The roof slates shall be natural slate to match in terms of colour and size. Getters and downpipes shall be metal, either cast iron or cast aluminium. Joinery in timber as shown on the approved drawings with the orangery incorporating the aluminium profiles as shown in the submitted plans.

| 4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no fences or subdivision within the curtilage shall be erected without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any subdivision of the site in the interests of the setting of the listed building. |
| 5. | The additional annex accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of the adjoining dwelling, or their family or dependants, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling or let separately for holiday purposes.
The reason for the condition is :-
This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances where highway safety concerns and impacts on the listed premises require the Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
