| 1. | Conditions 16, 17 and 18 with regard to agreeing archaeological investigation, carrying out that agreed scheme and depositing the findings with the County Archaeological Historic Environment Record (HER) are discharged by the confirmation received from the Norfolk County Council Archaeological team on 1st December 2020. |
| 2. | Condition 26 can be discharged by the layout confirmed at reserved matters read in conjunction with the findings of the Contaminated Land survey and testing, as confirmed by the Environmental Health Officer on 16 December 2020. |
