| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans (plan ref. GC/304/01) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 13th September 2019 as part of planning application 06/19/0511/F.

| 3. | The beauty treatment salon hereby approved shall not be in use outside of Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 10:00 to 17:00 only.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the site is not in use during inappropriate times and the visitor numbers are controlled. |
| 4. | The premises shall not be open for business outside of the following hours:-
10:00 to 17:00 Tuesdays
10:00 to 17:00 Wednesdays
10:00 to 17:00 Thursdays
10:00 to 17:00 Fridays
10:00 to 17:00 Saturdays
closed on Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 5. | The beauty treatment salon hereby approved shall serve no more than 6 customers per day by appointment only. The applicant shall maintain a log book detailing visitors to the site. The log book shall be maintained in perpetuity and be available for officers from the Local Planning Authority to view at all times.

To ensure that the amount of visitors is retained to a suitable level. |
| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policies HOU18 and EMP18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
