The discharge of Condition 7 (Contamination assessment) is REFUSED, because the email of 29th September 2020 from the Environmental Health Officer states the information provided to be insufficient to discharge the condition. A full phase 1 contaminated land study was required, but not provided. Therefore the Local Planning Authority cannot make an assessment of whether or not the site is suitable for the development of residential occupation.
