1.This permission expires on the 3rd October 2022 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on the 24th July 2020. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.No amplified music shall be used without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of adjoining buildings.
4.The use hereby permitted shall not take place outside the following hours:- 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Sunday The reason for the condition is :- In order to reduce potential parking conflict with existing users of the nearby units.
5.Notwithstanding the provisions of Class D2 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987 and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting those Orders) the premises shall only be used as a gymnastics training centre and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of Policy CS6 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy.
7.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
