| 1. | The development shall be retained in accordance with the location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 26 August 2020 and site photographs taken 24 February 2021 The reason for the condition is :-For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of Class of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the premises shall only be used for the stabling of horses owned by the landowner or his/her direct family. The reason for the condition is:- To limit use to the landowner in order to prevent the need for frequent access to the site along the unsurfaced Marsh Lane. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria set out in adopted policy L3 of the Local Plan Part 2 and is consistent with Core Policy CS11 of the adopted Core Strategy. |
