| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, site location plan and proposed floor and elevation plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 14th July 2020 and revised block plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th October 2020.
The reason for the condition is:-

| 3. | The stable block shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates, 7 Blanks Close. No business use shall be carried out from the land or building that is subject to this approval.
The reason for this condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties and any use other than ancillary to the dwelling has not been assessed. |
| 4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of Class E of Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no buildings or enclosures, swimming or other pools required for a purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house on the land hereby permitted shall be provided without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |

The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
