In this case the development is at an established farming enterprise in a rural area and involves the replacement of existing buildings including a grain drier to provide a modern grain store and drier. The proposal meets the criteria of the National Planning Policy Framework paragraph 83 to enable development of agriculture and other land based rural business. It also meets Great Yarmouth Local Plan Core Strategy Policy CSI " focusing on a sustainable future" Policy CS6 "supporting the local economy"; Policy CS11 "enhancing the natural environment" and meets Part 2 of the emerging Local Plan, Policy A1 "Amenity" |
