| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form, Design and Access Statement and drawing numbers: SL01-P-01/001 Rev A1, SL01-P-02/001 Rev A1,SL01-P-03/001 Rev A1 and SL01-S-01/001 Rev A1 received on 29 June 2020 by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted, the proposed first floors windows on north and south elevations shall be obscured glazing to the extent that intervisibility is excluded and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 4. | Notwithstanding the provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (2015), (or any Order revoking, amending or re-enacting that Order) no windows and doors other than those shown on the approved plans shall be inserted unless details have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 5. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that order) the dwelling shall not be further extended in any way without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any further extensions to the dwelling in the interests of residential amenity. |
| 6. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Use Classes Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the dwelling shall not be used for holiday purposes.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 7. | No deliveries shall take place during the construction period outside the following hours:-
08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.
09:00 to 13:00 Saturday.
No deliveries shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 8. | Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:-
08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
08:30 to 13:30 Saturday
No work shall take place on Sunday or Bank Holidays. (These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property).

In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 9. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the aims of Policies CS9 of the adopted Core Strategy (2015) (CS) and The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2020 Part 1 Schedule 2 Class AA (b). |
