Partial Discharge of Conditions 2 & 6 of planning permission 06/18/0408/F; Conditions 3 & 7 of planning permission 06/20/0096/F and 06/20/0171/F; Conditions 4 & 7 of planning permission 06/17/0152/O - Off site access and foot-way provision (across site frontage and southwards to boundary of Philmar Lodge) are approved ONLY IN PART, and only in regard to information required before works are commenced (and notwithstanding the works conducted in advance of this decision). The conditions will only be able to be fully and finally discharged when all the works on site have been implemented in full, and this will not require a further application for discharge, being discharged by fact upon satisfactory completion.
