1.This permission expires on the 24th July 2022 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following revised plan (drawing number: 444-PO1 Rev A and 444-PO2 Rev A) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 8th July 2020. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted the existing vehicular access shall be upgraded in accordance with the Norfolk County Council light commercial access construction specification for the first 5 metres as measured back from the near channel edge of the adjacent carriageway in accordance with detailed to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Arrangement shall be made for surface water drainage to be intercepted and disposed of separately so that it does not discharge from or onto the highway carriageway. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure construction of a satisfactory access and to avoid carriage of extraneous material or surface water from or onto the highway in the interests of highway safety and traffic movement.
4.Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted, a scheme of planting and landscaping shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of trees and shrubs shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme as approved within six months of the approval. The reason for the condition is:- To enhance the visual amenities of the locality
5.Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted, the 1.5 metre high bund shall be constructed in accordance with plan 444-PO2 Rev A and shall remain thereafter for the duration of the planning permission. The reason for the condition is :- To enhance the visual amenities of the locality
6.The site shall only be used for the storage of up to 30 touring caravans at any time. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to control the number of caravans on the site and in the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
7.The site shall be used for the purpose of storing caravans only. No caravan sales shall be undertaken from the site and the caravans shall not be occupied at any time. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the development is carried out in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission.
8.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of core policies CS07 and CS11 from the adopted Core Strategy.
