| 1. | This permission expires on 5th August 2025 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the approved CCTV cameras and mast shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the CCTV cameras to assess their impact on the amenities of the surrounding area. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, approved plans and technical details received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th June 2020.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The CCTV cameras hereby installed shall be fixed to face the directions shown on the approved plan (plan labelled UK Map Centre at 1:500 scale) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 11th June 2020 only and shall not face any other direction at any time.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the privacy of the neighbouring properties. |
| 4. | Should the cameras cease use, the cameras, mast and associated equipment shall be removed from the site within 1 month of the cameras ceasing use.
The reason for the condition is :-
To remove an unnecessary development which presents a detraction from the properties character. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
