| 1. | This permission expires on 7th May 2025 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable to Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the forecourt, in the interests of the visual amenity of the locality. |
| 2. | This permission varies Condition No. 4 of Planning Permission 06/94/0937/F in so far as it relates to the siting of children's rides and a protective fence on the forecourt of the premises only. It in no way removes the restriction on the siting of amusement machines, stalls, structures, tables, devices, goods, materials or obstructions erected or placed on or over any part of the forecourt.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt over the variation of the condition which is the subject of this permission. |
| 3. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 5th March 2020.

| 4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that order) no boundary enclosure shall be erected around the approved childrens coin operated ride without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of safety for the users of the facilities. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of saved policy TR7 from the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan. |
| 6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
