1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of the original permission reference 06/18/0580/F. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans reference: revised elevation 6846-P02 M and revised plan 6846-AS01 H dated 27/7/20 and received by the Local Planning Authority on 28/7/20 and drawings 6846-DT01 (ATM infilling), 6846-DT02 window details sheet 1 and 6846-DT03 window details sheet 2, "lift out" by Glass and Glazing Company product data sheet and 6846-P03 G (Amended roof plan) The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Note that no alterations or works, other than those expressly approved within this permission shall be carried out to the western Hall Quay elevation of the building.
4.Any noisy construction and refurbishment work shall not take place outside the following hours: 07:30 to 18:30 Monday to Friday 08:30 to 13:30 Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays. The reason for the condition is : In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings but with flexibility permitted in relation to coronavirus impacts.
5.No part of the proposed structure (to include facia board/rainwater guttering), shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate/door/ground floor window shall open outwards over the highway. The reason for the condition is : In the interest of highway safety.
6.If it transpires that any part of the proposed extension/pitched roof, including rainwater goods, would encroach upon or overhang the adjoining property, the consent of the owner(s) of that property must first be obtained.
7.This consent is made subject to the application of an existing s106 agreement regarding the site dated 19th September 2019 between Great Yarmouth Borough Council (1) and Jambel Property Limited (2) which provides for the site to remain bound under the obligations therein should a replacement permission be issued.
