1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The developments hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form received on 29 January 2020 and drawing number: 2005-001 received on 12 March 2020 by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
3.The development (garage) hereby permitted shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which they relates. No business or commercial activity shall be carried on, within, or from the development. The reason for this condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
4.Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:- 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. 08:30 to 13:30 Saturday No work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. (These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property). The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
