| 1. | This permission expires on 11 March 2030 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use of the lights shall be discontinued and the lights hereby approved shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality and disturbance to the area. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and details received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 January 2020, the site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 3 February 2020 and the lights specification received by the Local Planning Authority on 7 November 2017 as part of application 06/17/0632/F.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 3. | The lights hereby approved shall not be in operation between the times of 23:00 to 08:00 on any given day.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of avoiding light pollution. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria outlined in policies CS9 and CS10 of the adopted Core Strategy. |
