1.This permission expires on 19 March 2023 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The change of use hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and a drawing received on 3rd December 2019 by the Local Planning Authority. No variation from the submitted details shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
3.The unit hereby permitted shall have group classes by appointment only as follows; Mondays to Saturday Class/Session 1 - 6.30am - 7.30am (up to 10 clients only). Class/Session 2 - 9.30am - 10.30am (up to 5 clients only) Class/Session 3 - 17.30pm - 18.30pm (up to 10 clients - drop off class only ) Class/Session 4 - 19.30pm - 20.30pm (up to 10 clients only) No classes/sessions on Sundays or Public Holidays. The reason for the condition is :- In the interest of highway safety and the adjoining amenities.
4.No activities shall take place outside the following times:- 20.30 pm to 6.30am Monday to Sunday (including public holidays). The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
5.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Use Classes Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the unit shall not be used for any other purposes of Change of Use Classes apart from D2 Leisure - indoor sports (martial arts) . The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent premises and the visual amenities of the locality.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of Policy CS6 and CS8 of the adopted Core Strategy (2015) (CS).
