| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form received on 11 November 2019 and drawing number: 1304/1 Rev A (July'19)1 , Rev B (Oct '19)1, Rec C( Feb '20)1, Rev D ( Mar. '20)1 received on 24 March 2020 by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:-
07:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
08:30 to 13:30 Saturdays
No work on Sunday or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the requirements of Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan (2001) (LP) and Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner. |
