No.	Condition Text
1.	The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.	The development hereby permitted shall be used solely for the purposes of delivering infrastructure required by planning permission ref. 06/19/0071/F. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the Location Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 29 October 2019, and the following revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th January 2020: 181202 CL-01 P7 - Proposed Access General Arrangement 181202 CL-02 P2 - Proposed Access Land Dedication Plan 181202 CL-03 P2 - Proposed Access Vehicle Tracking The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. This condition ties the development to the delivery of a specific separate permission because the design of the mitigation approved herein is a bespoke solution to address the highways impacts of that particular development; any variations to the associated development should be assessed against the need to undertake a full appraisal of the impacts on the site access and highways arrangements, in the interests of maintaining highways safety.
3.	Notwithstanding the submitted details indicated in the approved drawings, there shall be no commencement of the development hereby permitted until detailed construction drawings for undertaking the highway improvements works shown on drawing no. 181202-CL-01-Rev P7 have first been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Local Highway Authority. The reason for the condition is: - To ensure that the highway improvement works are designed to an appropriate standard in the interest of highway safety
4.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of core policy CS16.
5.	STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
