| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved/revised plans as listed below:- Drawing Number - 1443/2 Rev A - Proposed Floor Plans - received on 30/04/2020. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Prior to the occupation of the flats hereby approved, the refuse-bin storage within the rear yard areas shall be provided as indicated on Drawing Number - 1443/2 Rev A - Proposed Floor Plans - received on 30/04/2020, and the facility shall be retained for that use thereafter. No other areas within the site (including the front forecourts) shall be used for the storage of refuse bins. The reason for the condition is:- In order to provide an adequate level of residential amenity, in the interest of the appearance of the area, highway safety. |
