No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted application form and drawing number: 19-1511-01 received on 11 October 2019 and revised drawings numbers: 19-1511-02A, 19-1511-03A and 19-1511-04A received on 29 November 2019 by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained in the approved form thereafter. No material variation from these plans shall take place unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In order that the development hereby permitted shall be fully implemented in complete accordance with the approved plans and to accord with the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
3.Notwithstanding the submitted drawings, the roof of the development hereby approved, shall not be at anytime used as a roof terrace. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
4.Notwithstanding the provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (2015), (or any Order revoking, amending or re-enacting that Order) no windows and doors other than those shown on the approved plans shall be inserted unless details have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
5.Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:- 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday 08:30 to 13:30 Saturday No work shall take place on Sunday or Bank Holidays. (These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property). The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of Policies CS9 of the adopted Core Strategy (2015) (CS).
7.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
