1.The outbuilding hereby permitted shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates and shall not be occupied at any time as a separate unit of accommodation. The reason for this condtion is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
2.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of Policy CS9 of the Core Strategy (2015) (CS), saved Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan (2001) (LP) and Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
3.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner.
