| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plan (drawing reference: 920/10) received by the Local Planning Authority on 5th November 2019.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 2. | Prior to the first occupation of the flat hereby approved the bin storage area shown on the approved plan shall be made available for the storage of bins. All bins shall be stored within the approved area and the bin storage area shall remain available for such use in perpetuity.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenity if the street scene to avoid bins in areas likely to be a visual blight. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in saved Policy HOU7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan, CS11 of the adopted Core Strategy and Technical Housing standards - national described standards (DCLG March 2015). |
